You Can Take an Active Role in Water Quality Preservation!

The Lower Boise Watershed Council, as the state-designated watershed advisory group, brings agricultural, municipal, industrial, environmental, and public representatives together to make decisions about how to protect water quality and appropriate uses.

Want to get involved and learn more? Here are a few ideas:

  • Attend Lower Boise Watershed Council meetings.
  • Contact the board members who best represent your interests for more information.
  • Contact us to schedule a presentation about water quality issues for your business, civic club, professional organization, faith community, or other group.
  • Reduce pollutants for your own home, business, farm, new subdivision, or construction project. Teach kids about water quality issues and pollution prevention.

Any level of participation in the Lower Boise Watershed Council is welcome.
